Welcome! I’m Stacey Pederson, a licensed real estate agent with Fathom Realty. My mission is to provide exceptional service and a supportive, stress-free experience as I guide you through your real estate journey.

Originally from Mitchell, SD, I moved to Moorhead, MN for college, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in Graphic Design. My husband, Dan, and I met in Fargo, ND, and our path took us to Seattle, WA; Milwaukee, WI; and Sedona, AZ before we settled in beautiful Asheville in 2004.

Before becoming a real estate agent in 2018, I spent 20 years as a massage therapist. I bring that same calming presence and commitment to care into my work as a Realtor®, blending my customer service background with a deep understanding of how to create a smooth, successful transaction.

I specialize in helping home buyers and sellers with personalized strategies tailored to their unique needs.
